Pacifica Towers and Parking Structure

The Irvine Company

The new 14-story office towers adjacent to The Village at Irvine Spectrum Center is known as Pacifica Towers. The towers will feature 628,154 square feet of office space and an adjacent five-story 700,000 square foot parking structure. The new towers feature people-oriented park-like spaces, extensively and attractively landscaped, with Ficus trees, Date Palms and Evergreens.

Pacifica Towers frame the entrance to Irvine Spectrum Center while serving as an elegant gateway to the city of Irvine. These elegant, travertine-clad buildings are accented with stainless steel and frame a richly landscaped courtyard. Across the street from The Village Apartment Homes and within walking distance of Irvine Spectrum Center, 20·40 PACIFICA offers all the advantages of working, living and playing in Irvine Spectrum.

Reliant Testing Engineers, Inc. provided the deputy inspection for pre-cast pile fabrication, out of state exterior panel welding fabrication, piles, reinforced concrete, structural steel erection, welding, NDE, panel embeds, and related materials testing.

“It has been a pleasure working with you on my two most recent projects. You performed all the concrete, steel, rebar, monocot, and welding inspections on both these projects. Everyone involved was very pleased with your performance and attention to detail.

I look forward to working with you in the future for any projects I might be involved in.”
