OUR HISTORY

After 30 years in the construction industry including four years with Southern California’s largest testing laboratory Denise DeGroff saw a true need for a more quality-based, client-focused approach to providing construction engineering and testing services. Dr. Sanjay Govil, RCE, GE, was part owner of a large geotechnical firm and yearned to start a company where principals provided more personalized client service.

They joined forces in 2004 and founded Reliant Testing Engineers—and essentially raised the bar for Quality Control/Quality Assurance companies throughout the industry.
